Bunnahabhain Fèis Ìle 2017 Dinner - Bridgend Hotel - Thursday 1st June, 2017


Our annual Distillery Fèis Ìle Dinner is a private and intimate whisky evening at the Bridgend Hotel. Join Andrew Brown, Distillery Manager and Dr Kirstie McCallum, our Senior Blender who will be pairing our Bunnahabhain whiskies with the finest Islay sourced produce cooked by the very highly rated team at the Bridgend Hotel. 

A great night of Bunnahabhain whisky, Islay food, whisky tales, wonderful company and we look forward to sharing the evening with you all.

Thursday 1st June, 2017
7.00pm for 7.30pm, dinner served at 7.45pm 
Includes three course dinner, coffee & tea

4 Bunnahabhain drams including:

  •  Both of our Fèis Ìle 2017 releases - still top secret!
  •  Dr Kirstie McCallum's special selections, always outstanding drams.

Example Menu:

  • Starter of sweet, caramelised scallops, asparagus, fennel, pickled radish & oak smoke.
  • Islay venison with sherry sultana puree, roast celeriac, parsnip crisps & star anise reduction.
  • Apple leather, filled with caramel pana cotta, flapjack & cinnamon cream.

Your email order number is your Bunnahabhain Fèis Ìle 2017 session confirmation and your booking has been successful. When visiting Bunnahabhain Fèis Ìle please bring your confirmation email with you for access to your chosen session. (Copy of email on phone/tablet is suffice and/or paper copy)

Refund Policy:

Due to ticket demand for Fèis Ìle events and limited space per session please note we regret we cannot refund your ticket unless the event has been cancelled.
